Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant claims experience.
- Valid adjuster’s license in province or state of residence (according to regulations).
- Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause-and-effect dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively deal with conflict and difficult situations.
- Experience and knowledge of Xactimate / Xactware is preferred.
- Special licenses and certifications, as well as being bilingual, are an asset.
Special Requirements
- Available to travel on short notice and remain on location for indefinite periods.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights or on rooftops. Ladder training is considered a plus.
