ClaimsPro, Canada’s independent adjusting and claims management leader, has brought in additional support to process the extremely high volume of files from the region in response to the windstorms that have resulted in extensive damage to Ontario and Quebec on May 4th and 5th.
The storms resulted in blackouts and considerable property damage throughout the region, including numerous damaged roofs from the high winds and fallen trees.
To help process the large volume of calls, ClaimsPro has brought in resources and support from across the country – as well as from our U.S. division, Nixon – which has further increased our capacity and has expedited the claims process for our clients. ClaimsPro’s unparalleled network of adjusters across Canada and throughout the U.S. enabled us to quickly ramp up service levels and capacity.
“As Eastern Canada recovers from the storm, ClaimsPro’s adjusters are working tirelessly to process thousands and thousands of claims,” stated Lorri Frederick, President of ClaimsPro. “We will continue to provide increased support until all claims are processed as well as mobilize our resources in order to expand claims handling capacity.”
ClaimsPro and our SCM sister companies remain ready to provide additional assistance as damage is assessed and the recovery process continues. Pario Engineering and Environmental Sciences has already been providing structural assessment and engineering services in response to the storm.
