QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years relevant claims experience.
• Valid adjuster’s license in province or state of residence (according to regulations).
• Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal skills allowing you to effectively deal with conflict and difficult situations.
• Experience and knowledge of Xactimate / Xactware is preferred.
• Special licenses and certifications, as well as being bilingual are an added plus.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Available to travel on short notice and remain on location for indefinite periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights or on rooftops. Ladder training considered a plus.
