ClaimsPro, Canada’s independent adjusting and claims management leader, is pleased to announce that Paul Féron, SVP Ontario and Manitoba has received the 2018 CIP National Leadership Award in the Established Leader Category. A well-respected leader in the insurance industry, Paul has been with ClaimsPro for 20 years.
A fully licensed adjuster, Paul specializes in personal injury claims, accident benefit claims and mediations. He has held a variety of roles during his time with ClaimsPro, including Branch Manager, Vice President of Ontario, and is now Senior Vice President for Ontario and Manitoba. In his current position, he oversees 29 offices with more than 280 adjusters and staff. He holds both Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations and graduated from Western University.
The CIP Society, a graduate division of the Insurance Institute, created the National Leadership Awards in 2008 to honour the achievements of CIP Society members. The Established Leader category recognizes insurance professionals with a demonstrated history of service excellence and this year, Paul was the award’s sole recipient.
“Paul is and always has been a valuable contributor to our leadership team as well as a great mentor for more junior adjusters at ClaimsPro,” began Lorri Frederick, President of ClaimsPro. “We are delighted to hear that he has received this prestigious award from CIP, and believe this recognition speaks to the quality, dedication and calibre of ClaimsPro’s people. Congratulations Paul!”
Paul Féron will receive his award on November 15 at the Insurance Institute of Ontario’s Southwestern Chapter’s convocation, and at the Insurance Institute of Ontario’s GTA convocation on January 24, 2019.
