ClaimsPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services and an SCM company, today announced the appointment of Richard D. Geller as Director, Safety and Risk Management Services. Mr. Geller joins ClaimsPro’s Transportation, Equipment, and Cargo (TEC) team, a specialized services division focused on providing claims support to the transportation and trucking industries.
Mr. Geller is a Canadian Risk Manager (CRM) and brings over 30 years of experience to ClaimsPro. Before his position with ClaimsPro, Mr. Geller served as Vice President - Transportation Industry Leader at a major national risk consulting firm, where he redesigned the risk management survey process and reporting format to be more efficient, accurate, and user-friendly for clients. Mr. Geller also served as the Vice President of Risk Services at a large national insurer, where he reported directly to the president and provided wide-scale company leadership and strategic direction for risk management services.
In his new role, Mr. Geller will work alongside the TEC team while providing leadership and expert support to the ClaimsPro team of adjusters nationwide, especially in the areas of trucking safety and risk management.

ClaimsPro’s Transportation, Equipment & Cargo (TEC) division offers claims services specific to the transportation and trucking sector as it pertains to collision, cargo, total loss and salvage valuations, environmental, subrogation, accident benefits, and liability investigations. ClaimsPro’s team of specialized adjusters provide services to clients throughout North America and internationally. TEC is part of ClaimsPro’s Specialty Risk Division (SRD), led by Sean Forgie, Senior Vice President, SRD.
