ClaimsPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services and an SCM company, is delighted to announce the appointment of Alana Collins as Director of Insurer Management Services. Ms. Collins comes to ClaimsPro with more than 25 years of industry experience.
Ms. Collins brings to her new role a diverse range of learned skills and extensive knowledge of the claims adjusting process in addition to her managerial expertise. She comes to ClaimsPro after working with a national insurer as a claims manager where she mentored, developed, and directed numerous large teams of insurance professionals; fostered robust, productive working relationships among key industry stakeholders; and conducted large-scale internal audit reports of accident benefit claims to improve scores and overall company performance.
In her new role, Ms. Collins will be responsible for strengthening existing relationships with ClaimsPro’s key insurer clients and developing stable strategic relationships with new clients.
Reporting to Kumar Sivakumaran, Vice President, National Operations, Ms. Collins will develop and implement internal processes on a national level, measure and work to enhance the performance of key insurer clients, communicate results to internal and external stakeholders accurately, and establish a framework for improving business outcomes.
