ClaimsPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services and an SCM company, today announced the appointment of Shawn Jeffries as Director, Project Management. In his new role, Shawn will lead multiple project teams within the company to advance ClaimsPro’s corporate objectives.
Shawn is an experienced change management professional with over 20 years of experience. He first joined ClaimsPro in 2007 as Quality Assurance Manager and was later appointed Director, Quality Assurance and Project Management. Across his tenure, Shawn has overseen the creation and evolution of the Quality Assurance process at ClaimsPro, supporting the company’s growth into one of Canada’s leading independent adjusting firms.
In his new role, Shawn will oversee and advance multiple corporate project objectives that support ClaimsPro’s strategic vision and mission to be the most trusted IA partner in all client markets. He will provide leadership, direction, and coaching on project-specific tasks, working to ensure alignment with completion targets. This new role is a refinement of Shawn’s previous position, which will allow him to be dedicated solely to project management for the company. Shawn will continue to report to Christopher Tirrell, Vice President, Central Services.
