TORONTO, ON – ClaimsPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services and an SCM company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Gorett Vieira as Director of Training and Development. In this new position, Gorett will play a pivotal role in advancing adjuster and employee training programs and development initiatives across the organization.
With over 20 years of experience in training and development, Gorett is a seasoned professional with a strong track record in designing and facilitating training programs. Since joining ClaimsPro in 2014 as Manager of Training and Development, she has been instrumental in supporting various Adjuster and industry-specific training modules, as well as developing user guides for ClaimsPro’s claims management software.
In her new role, Gorett will oversee Nadine Dionne (Manager, National Adjuster Development) and Katie Benjamin (Instructional Designer), collaborating closely with operations to drive ClaimsPro’s training and professional development strategies. Gorett will continue to report to Christopher Tirrell, Vice President, Central Services.
