ClaimsPro Enhances Leadership in Ontario

ClaimsPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services and an SCM company, today announced the appointment of Janet Annis to the role of Vice President, Ontario South and Ontario Accident Benefits. This new position is an expansion of her current role as District Manager of Ontario South, now overseeing Accident Benefits claims services for Ontario.

Janet is a skilled insurance professional with 25 years of experience. She has held progressive roles with ClaimsPro since 2001, including her most recent positions as District Manager of Southern Ontario and Branch Manager for ClaimsPro’s London and Kitchener offices. She completed a Legal Administrative Assistant diploma at Westervelt College and holds her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. Janet is a fully licensed adjuster in Ontario, specializing in Accident Benefits, and has provided Accident Benefits Training for various clients.

In her new role, Janet will oversee ClaimsPro’s operations across Southern Ontario as well as managing Ontario Accident Benefits (OAB) claims programs. She will be responsible for all aspects of regional accident benefits protocols, client service level requirements, onboarding, internal/external training and development, and identifying enhancement opportunities for ClaimsPro’s proprietary OAB system. Janet will also complete external OAB audits for compliance purposes, as well as working directly with the Business Development team to foster and support client relations. She continues to report to Shannon Hoyt, Vice President, Central Canada.
