iAdjust™ is ClaimsPro’s proprietary claims management system, developed, maintained, and managed by our inhouse team of IT professionals. This proprietary system for claims adjusting and data management acts as the repository for all claims information, data mining, and financial information for every claim or incident, and helps ensure consistent and efficient claims processing.
This system records an unlimited amount of loss data including financial transactions, reserves, payments, and more. All documents are created directly in, or scanned and attached to, individual claim files, including photographs, reports, reserve worksheets, digital statements, voice recordings, and more.
Not only do we use this system to manage our claims, but we also provide our clients with 24/7 access through our secure web-based platform, ClaimsPro Connect. This keeps our clients apprised of any updates and allows them to monitor the progress of their claim in real time.
