ClaimsPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services and an SCM company, today announced the appointment of Janak Lally as Vice President, Business Development, Western Canada. An experienced director and claims adjuster, Mr. Lally has been a part of ClaimsPro’s team since 2008. He has a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and fostering strong business partnerships.
With over 25 years of industry experience, Mr. Lally has been the District Manager for ClaimsPro in Vancouver’s Lower Mainland for the past ten years. In this role he was responsible for supporting over 60 direct reports, including three managers. An integral piece of ClaimPro’s Western team, Mr. Lally earned a reputation for attracting and retaining key adjuster talent as well as a passion for mentoring, which helped ClaimsPro deliver a broad range of services to meet client needs across the Western Region.
In his new position, Mr. Lally will utilize his demonstrated knowledge of the insurance industry and specialty claims markets coupled with his claims adjusting experience to build and maintain relationships with clients, and foster new business growth opportunities within the region. Mr. Lally will report to Jeff Sutton, Senior Vice President, Business Development and Marketing.
