ClaimsPro is pleased to welcome back Janak Lally as District Manager, Lower Mainland BC. Janak is an experienced Director and Claims Adjuster and was previously part of ClaimsPro’s team in British Columbia since 2008. He has a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and fostering strong business partnerships.

Janak brings over 25 years of industry experience to his new role, most recently Janak was Director, Sales and Marketing at a large restoration company and prior to that he was Vice President, Business Development for Western Canada at ClaimsPro. Previously, Janak was District Manager in North Fraser, for 10 years where he was instrumental in growing our exposure in specialty transportation and cargo markets.

In his new position, Janak will utilize his demonstrated knowledge of the insurance industry and specialty claims markets coupled with his claims adjusting experience to oversee operations, provide support and mentorship to staff, while building and maintaining relationships with clients in the region.
