ClaimsPro Appoints Shannon Hoyt as Vice President, Operations for Central Region

ClaimsPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services and an SCM company, today announced the appointment of Shannon Hoyt as Vice President, Operations for Canada’s Central Region. An experienced leader, mentor, and professional development trainer, Shannon has been a part of ClaimsPro for more than 24 years and held several senior positions within the organization.

Shannon is a skilled insurance professional with over 25 years in the industry. Beginning her career at a large national insurer, she later joined ClaimsPro in 2000 and steadily progressed through numerous roles, including leadership positions as Branch Manager in Barrie, ON, Vice President of Ontario Accident Benefits, and Vice President of the Greater Toronto Area. She is a fully licensed Adjuster for all lines of claims in Ontario, holds her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation, and is recognized as a thought leader and sought-after subject matter expert on the Ontario Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS). She is also an ambassador for Women in Insurance Cancer Crusade (WICC).

In this new role, Shannon will provide leadership and direction for all operational aspects of the Central region, reporting to Dustin Volk, Senior Vice President, North American Operations. Leading an experienced management team, Shannon will play an integral role in contributing to the success of ClaimsPro while continuing to foster strong partnerships across the region.
