ClaimsPro Appoints Christine Segaric as Director of CAT Response

VANCOUVER, BC – ClaimsPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services and an SCM company, today announced the appointment of Christine Segaric as Director of CAT Response. In her new role, Christine will manage ClaimsPro’s Catastrophe (CAT) Response Team and oversee the company’s national CAT management strategy. 

Christine is an experienced insurance professional with over 7 years of management experience and more than 15 years in the industry. In 2014, she joined Xpera (ClaimsPro’s sister company under SCM) as a Private Investigator before transitioning into administrative and adjusting roles at ClaimsPro in 2017. She has held management roles with ClaimsPro since 2018, including Branch Manager of the Surrey, BC office and eventually CAT Operations Manager. Christine is fully licensed in both British Columbia and Alberta and holds her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.

In her new role as Director of CAT Response, Christine will oversee and manage ClaimsPro’s national CAT Response Team, which mobilizes across the country in response to catastrophic events, such as severe weather. Christine’s previous experience supporting the CAT team will be invaluable in her new leadership role, ensuring the effective deployment of regional and national Adjusters and ensuring claims are handled with sensitivity and care.

In her new role, Christine will continue to be based out of ClaimsPro’s Vancouver branch, reporting to Dustin Volk, Senior Vice President of Operations.
