ClaimsPro/IndemniPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services and an SCM company, today announced three new leaders in Quebec, starting with the appointment of Geneviève Beaulieu as District Manager, West Quebec. Further, longtime Adjusters Richard Dumont and Céline Raymond have been promoted to Branch Managers of Montreal Centre and Montreal West, respectively.
Geneviève began her career as an Adjuster in 1996, specializing throughout her career in liability losses in both Residential and Commercial lines. She spent the following years with various national and international service providers handling a variety of claim types until beginning a career at ClaimsPro/IndemniPro in 2017. She was eventually promoted to Branch Manager of the Gatineau and Abitibi offices while also adjusting files.
In her new role, Geneviève will oversee all operations in West Quebec with a focus on growth of business in the region, maintaining and enhancing key client relationships, improving processes, and working in concert with the Quebec management team to ensure service excellence.
Richard Dumont has nearly 30 years’ experience in the P&C insurance industry. He has worked as an Adjuster for several national and international claims service providers, including many years with ClaimsPro/IndemniPro. As a leader, he knows the importance of cultivating strong client relationships, and this appointment to Branch Manager, Montreal Centre, will ensure Montreal’s market position remains strong.
Céline Raymond has been in the industry for more than 35 years, beginning as an Adjuster for a national insurance company in 1989 and joining the ClaimsPro/IndemniPro team in 2016. She brings strong management skills and an in depth understanding of claims operations to her new role as Branch Manager, Montreal West.
“Geneviève, Richard, and Céline have all had substantial careers in the insurance industry and at ClaimsPro/IndemniPro,” begins Sonia Ryme, ClaimsPro/IndemniPro’s Vice President, Quebec. “They are prime examples of how we attract and nurture the most talented people at all levels. We congratulate them on their appointments and look forward to providing an even stronger service platform for our clients throughout Quebec and beyond.”
The internal promotion of these employees emphasizes ClaimsPro/IndemniPro’s commitment to appointing and fostering the best talent in the industry. Further, these three appointments will enhance ClaimsPro/IndemniPro’s presence in Quebec and help to further build out business in that region.
