ClaimsPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services and an SCM company, today announced the appointment of Chelsea Goulding as Assistant Branch Manager for the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This new appointment will serve to strengthen ClaimsPro’s operations and client support across this key region.

Chelsea is an experienced claims professional dedicated to client service and innovative service delivery. She began her insurance career in 2017 and has held adjusting roles with large national insurers and independent adjusting firms. In 2024, Chelsea joined ClaimsPro as an Adjuster specializing in liability and property claims, before being appointed as Branch Manager for ClaimsPro’s Vernon, BC office. She is working towards her CIP designation and is a licensed Adjuster in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia.

Operating out of ClaimsPro’s Mississauga branch, Chelsea will provide key leadership and oversight to ClaimsPro adjusters and branch operations in Mississauga, Markham, and Whitby. She will report to Jennifer Hamu, District Manager, GTA.
