ClaimsPro announces Michael Connolly as its new EVP, Operations. Michael joined ClaimsPro in 2009 and has since held a variety of leadership positions, served as an Executive General Adjuster, and built a stellar reputation for operational excellence. In his new position, Michael will provide strategic oversight of ClaimsPro’s national operations, strengthen and enhance client relationships across Canada, and help drive continued growth and expansion for the organization.

An accomplished professional with more than 30 years’ industry experience, Michael is current President of Canadian Independent Adjusters’ Association. As an Adjuster, he has a proven track record of handling specialized losses, building and expanding client partnerships, and effectively leading large teams to deliver results. In previous ClaimsPro roles as Vice President, Atlantic Canada, and TEC Lead, Nova Scotia & Newfoundland, Michael provided leadership and direction for all aspects of the Atlantic region. Michael holds Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) designations and has training in Comprehensive Construction Risk Management.

Michael reports directly to ClaimsPro’s President, Wendy Scott.
