ClaimsPro is pleased to announce two leadership promotions that further strengthen the organization’s leadership, operational excellence, and growth capabilities.
Kaleen Olansky has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of ClaimsPro, expanding her leadership responsibilities while continuing to oversee the company's financial strategy and support its ongoing growth.
Janak Lally has expanded his role to Vice President, BC Operations & Business Development, Western Canada, where he will lead operational excellence, strengthen client partnerships, and drive business growth initiatives across the region while contributing to the Davies Growth Team.
In her new role, Kaleen will oversee the ClaimsPro Finance team while leading initiatives focused on enhancing profitability, improving operational efficiency, and supporting sustainable growth across the business. Working closely with the ClaimsPro leadership team and teammates across Davies North America, she will help advance key priorities related to margin improvement, cost optimization and business transformation.
Kaleen will continue to report to Paula Kenneson, CFO, Davies North America.
Janak will continue to lead BC Operations while taking on responsibility for business development across Western Canada, including Alberta and Saskatchewan. He will also join the Davies Growth team and report to Brooke Gracious, Chief Client Officer, North America. Throughout his nearly two decades at ClaimsPro, Janak has earned a reputation as a trusted leader, recognized for building strong client relationships, developing high-performing teams, and supporting organizational growth.
These leadership enhancements reflect ClaimsPro’s commitment to investing in its people and positioning the business or continued success.
